C) Screen-Reader software (only for the PC that will be used by the blind)
25- Install NVDA 2018
Note: Installation is so simple. Just click on its setup file and click "Next/Ok on all pages until it finishes. do not change any of the default settings. 

26- After installing NVDA, the computer starts speaking. r-click on NVDA icon in system-tray (beside Windows clock), or press Insert+N in order to see NVDA menu. Then go to:
Preferences> General:
a. Start NVDA at the logon screen (enable)
b. Start NVDA after log-on screen (disable)
c. prompt before exiting NVDA (disable)
Then press OK and go to

Preferences> Voices 
a. Set the default voice language to Persian
b. Automatically detect language (or something like that) (disable)

Press OK. Exit NVDA by pressing Insert+Q or going to NVDA menu and clicking Exit.

27- Install JAWS. Installing JAWS has a few steps:
a. Install FSOcr14.0.851ENU.exe. 
b. Install vcredist2005_x86 (or X64, depending on Windows version)
c. Install J18.0.2118enu-x86 (or X64). In this step, we should disconnect the internet, or it will try to download FS-Omnipage and VC-Dist again. This will take too long (this installation might require a restart in the middle of process).
d. After installing, JAWS will run in 40-minute mode. It will alert that this version is a demo version. Click on "Do not show again" and "continue in 40-minute mode".
e. exit JAWS.

28- Crack JAWS by going to JAWS folder> Crack.
a. Find JFW.exe and replace it for JFW.exe in JAWS installation folder. (Windows defender removed this file from my PC, so I should download again from payameghasedak.ir> screen-reader> JAWS)
b. install the certificate file according to the installation guide in crack folder.

the  crack is finished.

29- Install FixPersian (PoshtibaniAzZabaanFarsiDarJAWS12BeBala):
a. Run Setup.exe
b. Press OK and it asks JAWS version. The default is 14.0, change it to 18.0. Click Install and it says "JAWS now supports Persian Language".

30- JAWS Shortcut key:
a. on Windows desktop, r-click on JAWS 18 and press "Properties" or alt-click on JAWS 18 and go to "Properties".
b. in "Shortcut key" section, press Alt+Ctrl+8.
c. In Compatibility section, go to "Run as admin" and enable it.
Press OK.

31- Setup JAWS Killer
This software does not need any installation. 
a. copy/paste JAWS Killer folder to C:\
b. create a desktop shortcut for jaws.cmd
c. assign this shortcut key to that shortcut icon: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+0
Press OK. From now on, if JAWS crashes, we can press Alt+Ctrl+Shift+0, and this software force-closes JAWS, so we can open it again by pressing Alt+Ctrl+8.

32- Install ESpeak for Windows
a. Run the setup file and click Next/OK on every page.
b. In the page that asks for the names of languages, in the first edit-box that is empty, we should write "fa" (for Farsi langauge) and in the second empty edit-box we write "ar" (for Arabic language). We do not change the edit-boxes that write "En-US" or anything else.
c. We click Next> Install> Finish.

33- Adjust JAWS Startup-Wizard
The first time we run JAWS, if the crack is successful, it opens up a startup-wizard, which is the primary settings for JAWS. We adjust the following:
a. In the first screen:
speech-rate: 65% (where JAWS says 21).
typing echo: both characters and Words.
forms mode: manual 
We press Next
b. In the next screen:
Run JAWS from System Tray (enable)
Run JAWS after logon (all-users)
run JAWS at the logon screen (enable)
(Next)

c. In the next screen:
verbosity level: advanced
read graphics: labled graphics only
Then we press Next> Next> Next> Finish

34- JAWS basic options:
go to JAWS> Options or press Insert+J and go to Options> Basic 
In the basic options:
a. automatically check for updates (disable)
b. Run Packmate with JAWS (disable)
show virtual viewer on screen (disable)
Press OK. Now you can connect to the internet.

35- Voice adjustments for JAWS.
Press Insert+J and go to JAWS> Options> Voices> Voice Adjustments.
a. Profile: SAPI5 (instead of Elequence)
b. language: Persian (and press make default language, if available)
c. voice person: Espeak-FA, punctuations: most, upper-case pitch: 20%.
d. voice volume: 100%.
e. click on Save-As and name this profile: "Espeak 100%". Then it asks "Do you want to make this profile the default profile?", click Yes, but don't click OK.
f. adjust the voice volume to 30% as well and click Save-As. This time name it "ESpeak 30%", press Yes.
g. This time adjust the volume to 10% and save-as "Espeak 10%", Yes. (remember: don't confuse voice-volume with voice-rate).
h. Select Espeak-100% as the default voice profile and press OK.

36- JAWS Settings:
Press Insert+J and go to JAWS Menu> Utilities> Settings Center
Here we have a tree-view with lots of settings. We change the following settings:
a. Wevb> Heading> 
It writes "Levels with heading" or something like that. We press space on it and change it to "Play Sound"
b. In Text Processing> General, we disable the following two:
detect language
detect keyboard language.


37- JAWS dictionary:
JAWS cannot read Farsi Gioomeh « correctly. We want it to read correctly.
We go to JAWS menu> Utilities> Dictionary Manager (or something like that)
a. Press Ctrl+Shift+D so JAWS says "default dictionary" or something like that.
b. Press "Add". In the place for "Word" we write "«" and in the place for "replacement word" we write in Farsi "گیومه باز". Press OK.
c. Press Add again and write ""»" and "گیومه بسته", so JAWS can read the Persian Gioomeh. Then press OK, and Press File> Save or something like that. Close the dictionary manager after saving. 

37.5- Install Google OCR for the blind. You don't need to log-in to this software, unless you have the Gmail account of the computer owner for this purpose.
